Thought I'd pop buy and drop you over some healing blues, fresh from Croyde, N Devon.




Scientists have been looking into the therapeutic benefits surrounding “blue space,” i.e. aquatic areas like lakes, rivers and oceans. They've discovered that those who visit blue spaces more frequently and for extended periods of time have a greater sense of well-being and a far lower risk of depression.


Is it any wonder that our beaches are so popular this year following two years of lockdowns?
